COVID-19
Much of the way in which businesses operate have changed. To ensure the safety of our staff and clients, we ask that you abide that the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) set by government. Only individuals who have been FULLY vaccinated are allowed to enter the premises by appointment only and/or urgent matters. In addition, we require you to also wear a mask throughout the duration of the appointment as well as frequently sanitise your hands.

All our staff members have been fully vaccinated with the additional booster jab.
MySejahtera
We require you to present up-to-date health check via the MySejahtra app. Individuals who have the Red Status (i.e. close contact or positive case) will not be allowed to enter the office. You are able to still schedule an appointment with us and/or contact us via email or over the telephone.
Note:
We do not require you to scan your MySejahtra app.

9th March 2022
Berkuatkuasa 1 April 2022, berikut adalah prosedur pengujian dan kuarantin kepada pengembara yang tiba di Malaysia. Perincian prosedur melalui pengembaraan jalan darat akan diumumkan dalam masa terdekat.
“Effective 1 April 2022, these are the testing and quarantine procedures for travellers entering Malaysia. More details for land travels will be announced soon.”

1st May 2022
Effective 1st May 2022, numerous covid restrictions have been lifted. These include the requirement for wearing masks in public places/outdoors, requirement to scan Mysejahtra App (though it is up to the organisation’s decision to do so ask), regular working hours are to resume as normal.
At M&F Sdn Bhd, we Still require you to wear face masks at all times while you are in our facility. We do not require you to scan Mysejahtra when entering, but will need proof of vaccination as well as COVID-19 status.

1st August 2022
As the Coronavirus rules and regulations ease throughout the country, we at M&F shall comply to make your visit to our office easier and more comfortable. Starting from 1st of August, we do not require individuals to present their Mysejahtra status to our staff members, walk-ins will now be available to all members of the public. However we do require you to wear a mask throughout. If you are feeling under the weather, please do not hesitate to give us a call to schedule an appointment after you have recovered.
